Things to know

KrisFlyer transfers must be in multiples of 5,000 miles, so 133 / 667 is a rate, not an amount you can convert from one RM1,000 of spend.
The points-per-RM1 figures were read from a table extracted from the PDF and still need checking against the PDF's columns.

Not confirmed: CIMB's product page advertises a "best points-to-miles conversion" for the Private Wealth card. The Member Rewards T&C does not explain it, so a Private Wealth schedule could give a better rate than 15,000 : 1,000.
